If you had to sum up your business in three short words, do you think you could do it? It’s a challenge that we set ourselves recently at Citywide – and it’s proved to be a really useful and fascinating exercise. As well as helping us distil the very essence of what our brand stands for, it has also been a brilliant reminder of what we set out to do when our company was first established. And perhaps just as important, a check to ensure that we haven’t deviated too far from the values that we hold dear.
The power of three
Following a series of heartfelt discussions and a true team effort, the three words that we settled on were:

Without exception, every member of our team felt that these words sat at the very heart of Citywide. They’re intrinsic to everything we do, how we work, how we think and ultimately, to the service we provide to our clients, day in, day out.
A second opinion
We asked a group of clients who have known us for a long time to repeat the exercise and the result was astonishing! It’s hard to believe, but they ended up with the same three words as us – a testament to the close relationships we forge with everyone we work with.
