Client Services Executive Hazel Spreckley tells us more about herself:
Q: What has been the journey that led you to become a Client Services Executive?
I am a qualified paralegal and spent several years within private practice before seeking more variety in an in-house role at a large American bank. I spent six years specialising and managing a Client Services team within Trade Finance.
Q: What attracted you to working for Citywide Financial Partners?
I was seeking a reputable financial services firm in my local area that shared my values in providing bespoke, exceptional service to clients; upon researching Citywide and after meeting the team it seemed a natural fit.
Q: We know you are a Client Services Executive, but what does that mean day to day?
Ultimately my role is to support the Clients and Advisors as well as the wider team in delivering client excellence through numerous tasks including meeting preparation, fund analysis and account openings.
Q: What do you find interesting about the work that you do?
I enjoy the vast diverse knowledge that is held within the team, I really do learn something new every day.
Q: What are you saving for?
Having recently saved for a house I am now saving for my next holiday!
Q: When you are not at Citywide, what keeps you busy?
I am a mother of two boys aged five and two so I am kept extremely busy playing football, building dens and exploring the outdoors.
Q: If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Always have the courage – success is never final, failure is never fatal…
Q: What is your proudest achievement in life so far?
Becoming a mother, there really is nothing quite like it!
Q: And what goals are you working towards now?
I am studying for my first CII exam this year.
